大咔司Megastar (Plaza Low Yat) & Double-M (Times Square) @ 25/07/2013

It's about a month time long I never brought out my lovely Canon DSLR to "cari makan" already....Busy with my current study and jobs, it's very tiring...but,what to do...life's still goes on and I must keep fighting!!

Finally, I've finished my another exam paper...so I must reward myself for some food...take out my voucher which I've bought and have a look....so, decided to visit the following place....

1st station is Low Yat plaza...大咔司 Megastar...It's about Hong Kong famous Street Food--正宗香港鸡蛋仔....I never saw this when I travel to Hong Kong last year...Maybe I've missed it as I had limited time in Hong Kong...I wish I could travel to there very soon again...

Deal from Groupon. using RM8 to buy 2 set of egglet + sour plum drink..good deal..

Overall, in my opinion, the taste of this egglet just so so only...I've order Chocolate and Peanut Egglet set...just little taste of chocolate and peanut, it's not enough!!Since I bought this from Groupon, it's no harm for me to try...I may try the soup and curry fish ball and egg tart next time...but no offer from Groupon...haha

Then, I proceed to Times Square to redeem my another voucher..This booth I've visited earlier---Double M..taiwan sausage...So, this time I've order Thousand Island Sausage Popiah and Black Pepper Chicken Chop Burger.... After having that, I personally recommend take the sausage rather than any burger type which available here...The burger bun which using by them is the critical  failure point....only can describe as hard, tasteless and not yummy at all...

Study + Working Non Stop, cause myself  lost the Cari Makan sense temporary...However, after the exam on 23/07/2013...I gonna start again my Cari Makan trip...Star Village Aman Puri, The Barn Cafe Setia Walk, Tipsy Coffee Setia Walk, Happy City Foodcourt Kepong, Waffle Mania Times Square KL and Weng Gor Steam Fish Kepong...

It's our Buddy Monthly Gathering Dinner again for June...This time, we back to here again Cheras business centre area here....a restoran which situated just next to Hakka Yuen.... I personally conclude that, due to the success of Living Social voucher on Hakka Yuen, this KK Wong seafood also follow its steps...Of course, our tonight dinner is using the voucher which I bought from Living Social.com. Tonight, the way we order food is different a bit..Normally, I'm the one who decide the meal, but this time, I ask my every buddy to order food, too...democracy style, everyone also got the right to choose......haha

京烤肉 Stewed Belly with Special Beijing Sauce -- RM18, the sauce is sweet and nice to mix with rice

红烧豆腐 Red Baked Taufu -- RM15

跳舞鸡 Japanese Teriyaki Flavour with Dried Bonito -- RM24

湿奶油非洲鱼 Milk Sauce Fei Zhau Fish -- RM52, the taste quite nice..

百年好合斋 Fresh Lily Bulbs and Lotus Roots -- RM15

 蒙古苏东 Spicy Milk Sauce Sotong -- RM25

use RM15 to purchase voucher worth of RM30...Great Deal again right??

Overall, the food here is meet the standard...will recommend to have the meal over here....Hopefully, there will be another round on Living Social offer for this restoran again..

Coffee Break Cafe (Kepong) @ 22/06/2013

As my voucher to be expire very soon, so I decided to pay a visit to this cafe for the second time. Hope the service is better than the 1st time I visited...But, in the end, it never changed....

When I arrived this cafe, I waited for about 5 minutes to be served from the waitress. Who knows, the waitress inform me their menu is "out of stock"..Ask me wait for other customer completed their order 1st, then she will only give me a copy...Okay, I waited for another 5 minutes. After I writing down my meal on a paper, I walked to the cashier there and pass to the ONLY ONE waitress in the whole cafe....I got strong feeling that the same horrible experience I gonna face again...

Guess what...I waited for another 40 minutes until my meal is being served...The service is still bad.....I had no good impression about this cafe anymore....>.<....

Restoran Canton Kitchen 老招牌海鲜餐馆 (Selayang Branch) @ 17/06/2013

Tonight, the dinner is in celebration of Father's Day. Normally, I will only celebrate Father/Mother Day on next day as most of the restoran is flooded with many people on the day itself. So, I will always think that the dish which served on that day is "ching ching chai chai" and not meet the standard quality...

There is a new row of shop lot newly open along the road from Selayang heading to Ulu Kepong area... So, I brought my dad to try the food at this new restoran...

Overall, the service is quite good...After settling the bill, they ask me to fill up 1 customer feedback form...this is really impress me that they really care about what the customer's need...And again, the staff here asking me am I reporter from any press media...haha, maybe I really got such potential look,...haha

Definitely, I will visit this restoran again....
